Centre de Recherches Tsiganes
   Paris, France. The center held a data base of organizations, books, and articles and until recently published the journal Interface. At its peak, three action research groups were managed by the center-on history, education, and language-leading to the Interface Collection. The director was the sociologist and writer Jean-Pierre Liégeois. The center ceased operation in 2003 when it lost its funding.
